Spring Spruce-Up: A Friendly Reminder About Exterior Projects

As the warmer weather rolls in, many of us are feeling inspired to freshen up our homes and yards. Whether you’re planning a new deck, updating your landscaping, or simply giving your house a fresh coat of paint, it’s a great time for home improvement projects.

Before you get started, the Stonebridge Community Association (SCA) Board kindly reminds all residents that most exterior changes require prior approval from your neighborhood association. This includes projects like new roofing, exterior paint color changes, window or door replacements, sunroom or deck additions, and significant landscaping updates.

These guidelines are in place not to limit creativity, but to help maintain the cohesive look and high standards of our community — and to help preserve everyone’s property values.

If you’re unsure whether your project needs approval, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Visit StonebridgeCommunity.org, click Contact Us, and send a message to your neighborhood association or the SCA. They’ll be happy to guide you through the process.

Let’s work together to keep Stonebridge beautiful and welcoming — one project at a time!
