Highpointe

Several Highpointe condominium units are shown in the foreground of the aerial picture above. Many Highpointe units look out on Twin Islands Pond and most have extensive decking and walk-out basements. The detatched, single-family condominiums in Highpointe range from 1,800 to 2,600 square feet and are available in a variety of floorplans.

All Highpointe units have a “lighthouse” cupola reminiscent of the northern Michigan coast.  There are still a few undeveloped lots in the Highpointe nieghborhood, so if you are looking to build a new condominium home, this is the last Stonebridge neighborhood available for new construction.
