Your Landscape Committee

We are privileged to live in a beautiful community! We hope that you have enjoyed the colorful flowers at all three Stonebridge entrances this year. Stonebridge has an amazing 73 islands and many other common areas that are monitored by Twin Oaks Landscaping and the SCA Landscape Committee. Through wind, rain, snow and ice, our landscaping is cared for. All of the work, research, decisions, care and concern result in the attractive grounds we enjoy every day. This year, trees and shrubs were pruned and fertilized. As needed, some were removed and replaced. Significant pruning was also undertaken to eliminate sightline and safety concerns at intersections like the Ponds entrance. Stonebridge residents can help by notifying the committee of any sightline problems they experience at [email protected] or at the Contact Us link at stonebridgecommunity.org. A reminder to homeowners:  If you have sidewalks running across your property, you are responsible for pruning your trees and shrubs to keep the walkway clear.  If your tree, or a limb from your tree, falls into the street, it’s your responsibility to clear it away.
