No exterior antennas, aerials, satellite dishes, or other apparatus for the transmission of television, radio, satellite o:c· other signals of any kind shall be placed, allowed, o:i:· maintained upon any portion of the Properties, including any Unit, without the prior written consent .:of the Board or its designee, unless completely contained within th,e dwelling on the Unit so as not to be visible from outside the dwelling. Any such apparatus permitted by the Board or its designee must be screened from view of adjacent Units by an approved fence or other approved structure no more than six feet in height. The Declarant and/or the Association shall have the right, without obligation, to erect or install an aerial, satellite dish, master antenna, cable system, or other apparatus for the transmission of televi.sion, radio, satellite, or other signals for the benefit of all or a portiorl of the Properties.
