Crooked Stick Neighborhood

Crooked Stick is a self-managed community of 12 detached and 2 attached condominium units overlooking the 1st, 9th, and 18th fairways of the exquisitely beautiful Stonebridge Golf Course.  Most units also enjoy the serenity and the beauty of the Rouse Creek.  Current monthly maintenance fees of $255.00 provide most exterior painting, roof replacement, lawn and most tree / shrub maintenance, annual bed mulching, driveway snow plowing and sidewalk / porch shoveling, and annual driveway resealing.

We also have an annual neighborhood summer social gathering by the Creek.   Like a number of communities and streets within Stonebridge Community, ours has a golf-course related name. In our instance, Crooked Stick is named after a delightful Indiana golf course which is hosting the 2009 Senior’s U.S. Open.  For more information contact the Crooked Stick President via the Neighborhoods page, or click on “Contact Us” .  No management company is used.
